This temporary username and password will be deleted following the allocation of the available grant funding, although the information you submit will be retained as stated in the Privacy Notice.

Please note that this grant application form must be completed in one session, and you will not be able to save and return to the application form. Therefore, ensure you have read the FAQ document and make sure that you have all the evidence required regarding you business to apply for a Discretionary Small Business Support Grant.

For security reasons, you will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity, if you remain inactive on the form page you will be required then to start again.

If you have already started applying but stopped for some reason, you can sign in again with your temporary username and password. However, previously entered information will be lost and you will need to start a new application form.
